It has everything to do with the PHONE you plug into. I think its a great product and I have bought 3 now. or my BT is dead which is always. call. So being frustrated a bought this little guy. I have run through many bluetooth headsets.
For a quality BT piece you need to spend close to $100. I have lost a few when they fall out of my truck at gas stations. First off dont listen to negative reviews from people who are too dumb to understand the most baisc concept. So if your doesnt work its probably the phone or try another unit. its very comfortable to me after hours of use. its essential when im on a conf. my only small complaint is that I look like a dork when im in a place talking and the cord catches the door handle and everything goes flying.
This is an in your ear design which I prefer. I am in sales and on the phone all day every day. I actually came here looking for it because they are hard to find and want another one for my wife in the car. I personally need high volume to hear well and it needs to be crystal clear. it channels the sound into your ear canal. I should just buy 5 of them. the i use my BT again unitl its dead or I lose it.great price, great sound quality, great fit, great volume.
Ordered another one and sent it back. Have the exact model from several years ago. Very comfortable. The earpiece buzzed and distorted when listening. Not sure if it was a lemon or they changed the way they were made.
I got this in an Office Depot and haven't used any other headset since. I have tried all the bluetooth headsets out there and none of them all sound clear. The only one that I would consider using is the Jawbone. Most people think I am on a landline because there is no echo and no static. Unfortunately, you just can't beat a corded headset.
One is for the right ear, the other for left. Sound quality is good, and people seem to understand me well despite noisy outdoor environments. I was looking for something cheap, and I found it. I'd prefer a uni-ear design. However, I'm not a big fan of the fit. They have 2 rubbery pieces that you slip over the ear piece to fit in your ear. Didn't really think about it, but having a button to answer and end calls is very handy. This head set does not have this. All in all, this was a $20 mistake, but I'm continuing to use since the sound quality (on both ends) is ok.
This unit is easy to use and the sound quality is great going in and out.I recently bought the fancy 'under the ear' version and have shelved it in favor of this one.Sometimes simpler is better.
